Your item will be delivered fully assembled on a pallet. All pallet based deliveries are delivered to the kerbside only.
While our delivery company will sometimes place it where you require it, the contract between us and Palletways includes delivery to kerbside only.
Please ensure that you have the means to move the pallet(s) from the kerbside to a suitable storage location. The log store is delivered on a pallet which is yours to keep and cannot be returned. Please check measurements carefully to ensure suitable access.
We cannot be held responsible if the product is too large upon receipt. A flat base will need to be provided by the client. Paving slabs, a concrete hard standing or shingle is ideal.
Lead Times; Our Log Stores are all hand crafted by us, the arch is formed by wetting strips of timber which are then laminated on a former, which can be time consuming. We endeavour to get our log stores out for delivery within seven working days but during busy periods we may run a day or two over.

Due to the large variation in the costs we incur for delivering to certain Post Codes across the British Isles we identify the following post codes as Exclusion Zones to the Delivery Option currently advertised.
CENTRAL SCOTLAND: (Specific Postcodes: KA, ML, FK, EH, KY, PA, PH, DD, AB, G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, G6, G7, G8, G9). Will incur a delivery surcharge of £15.99.
SCOTTISH ISLANDS:N/A
SCOTTISH BORDERS: (Specific Postcodes: TD, DG).
Will incur a delivery surcharge of £15.99.
CHANNEL ISLANDS, IOM: N/A
